The 20-centimeter-high grinder is designed to fit perfectly in the hand while not taking up too much space in the kitchen. The CrushGrind® grinding mechanism can be easily adjusted. This makes it very easy to choose whether to grind the pepper finely, allowing its sharpness to shine through, or to crush it into larger fragments, giving it a more exotic flavour and aroma.

This grinder is suitable for crushing all of our peppercorns except freeze-dried green peppercorns. So you can reach for mild white peppercorns, which are perfect with light meats or creamy sauces. You may prefer the speciality red pepper, which will draw you right into exotic Cambodia and let you enjoy the incredible flavours of far away places. And of course, a great choice is the traditional black pepper, the perfect companion to any grilled meat or sauce. There are so many ways to go.
