Description

Once you taste the delicate flavour of fresh pickled Kampot pepper, you won't want to add anything else to your meal. Pickled green pepper is very different from the classic dried pepper. It is mild and delicate, and when chewed it unleashes a perfect harmony of exotic flavours in your mouth.

The intense pepper flavour is gradually accompanied by notes of citrus and coniferous fruits interconnected with floral notes. Try pairing its perfect flavour with dark meats, sauces, risotto or morning eggs. The soft green grains are also suitable for pasta, casseroles and soups. It is also very good with mild cheeses, which it accompanies more sharply.

The minimum shelf life of pickled green pepper is one year. Store the opened product in a cool place and consume within 3 months after opening. Fresh pepper does not need to be crushed in any way, and if you do want to break the top skin, use a mortar and pestle.

We pack the green pepper in recyclable packaging right in Cambodia and send it to your home in a unique envelope made from Extract paper - which is composed of used coffee cups. Only five of them are enough to make one sheet of this paper. Thanks to this, you will enjoy the unique taste of pepper that Cambodian nature gives us without any qualms.
