We are honored to work with farmers and the fruits of their labor that often bring us on a journey across half the world. This has created a creamy combination of pistachios and white chocolate with Bourbon vanilla. The lyophilized raspberries, on the other hand, come from our meadows and groves. Add to it red Kampot pepper, which was heated in the hot Cambodian sun until May 2020, and you have our most sophisticated nut butter mixture. read more

Description

Sourcing crops grown on the other side of the world and combining them to create completely unique products. That's our mission, along with our partner on this delicious combo. We've teamed up with Barenuts to create a delicious pistachio butter flavoured with freeze-dried raspberries and Kampot's unique red pepper.

The raspberries picked in our area give the earthy pistachio base a fruity freshness that is accentuated by the hot and punchy notes of red pepper. All this is tamed and brought together into a smooth delight with white chocolate scented with Bourbon vanilla.

This perfect butter can be enjoyed by the spoonful. You can try adding it to your breakfasts or use it to conjure up the best baked goodies. The possibilities are simply too many. For inspiration, take a look at our blog, where you'll find interesting recipes from the most renowned chefs.

Store at room temperature.

Ingredients: 72 % hot air roasted pistachio nuts, 20 % organic vegan white chocolate [cocoa butter 37 % organic, natural cane sugar organic, dried rice drink organic, ground yellow nutsledge, Bourbon vanilla organic], 5 % freeze-dried raspberries, 3 % Kampot red pepper. Stir before consumption.
