Do you love the smells and tastes of far away places and want to indulge in them not only on holiday? Then our wooden gift box is just the thing for you, featuring a chefsize tube filled with 75 grams of the world's finest peppercorns, as well as 160 grams of real salt flower collected from the salt flats of Kampot.
This brings a piece of the real Cambodia into your kitchen, transporting you with every meal under the hot Cambodian sun hidden in every pepperball. It's up to you whether you prefer black pepper, also known as the black gold of Kampot. The sun-dried dark kernels are an invaluable tool when preparing dark meat, sauces, soups or pasta.
Or your favorite will be white pepper, known as the champagne of peppers, which will completely change your opinion of the taste of peppercorns. White pepper delivers a subtle yet intense flavour experience that pairs well with light meats and dishes with a creamy base.
But you can also indulge in a red whirlwind of the most exotic pepper flavours. Red pepper completely defies everything you've ever known about the taste of pepper. I mean, who would have thought that red pepper would be great in desserts or mixed drinks?
The salt that crystallizes on the surface of the Kampot salinas thanks to the sun will bring peace to your soul. From there, it is carefully harvested in the traditional method and exported to your table, where it brings its gentleness and a piece of the clear salt waters of Cambodia.

This is harvested, unripe, at the beginning of the year when the grains are green. Black colouring occurs as the corns dry in the sun.Show use
This is a champagne among peppers which has nothing to do with the white pepper you know. The white pepper you buy in shops here is just peeled unripe black pepper which tend to get musty and thus nobody likes it. The genuine white pepper is peeled from ripe red one (it is its seed) and so it gets its specific qualities for which it´s sought by top chefs all over the world – the white pepper opens up taste buds and multiplies the taste of each ingredient.Show use
Genuine red Kampot pepper is unique in the world. It is extremely rare and grows only in a few places in the world. It is harvested fully ripe at the peak of the pepper season and thanks to its long ripening it is full of fructose, which gives it a unique sweet-fruity taste. The so-called “red pepper" (which is actually pink) we can find in the Czech Republic is not pepper at all and is so incorrectly labeled. It is a Brazilian peppercorn that grows in a tree and is popular for its colour.Show use
